When you work at Bradley and Montgomery you learn that we’re not like your typical ad agency. In fact, we don’t call ourselves an ad agency because we have never liked the way a lot of agencies operate and behave. We don’t think having layers of account management is efficent. We don’t like that their creatives call their account staff “suits”. The divide between the creative department and the account department isn’t a culture we embrace. What we do have are a few things we believe are core to who we are – empathy toward each other and our clients is powerful, we need to be the hero to the client who needs to be the hero, we think limitations are creative opportunities and we believe smaller teams achieve bigger results.
