Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting agency teams to deliver campaigns and projects for our clients. We’re seeking enthusiastic, driven and entrepreneurial applicants to join the fast-paced and creatively-driven team in our Indianapolis office.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Management of projects and campaigns from inception through to final delivery
  • Act as liaison between client and agency teams ensuring clear communication and flawless execution
  • Create and manage project budgets, timeline and reports as needed by our client and agency teams
  • Work closely with creative, dev, production, social and analytics teams to facilitate delivery of final materials for client presentations or for campaign launches
  • Quickly prioritize project workflow alongside traffic managers to ensure timelines are met, project forms and details are complete, and team assignments match project needs.
  • Manage project specifications and vendor relationships as required to support agency and client efforts
  • Proofreading and other support tasks as required by agency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor¹s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly analyze and prioritize projects
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills are required
